Return & Refund Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Email us at support@valorvasmere.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases.

Exchanges & Sizing

We do not offer size exchanges at this time. Please refer to the size reference provided on each product page before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and quality standards, we do not accept returns for:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Final sale items

  • Custom orders or made-to-order pieces

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we begin processing them immediately.
